On August 20th the Sealant and Waterproofing Association held its annual Fishing Derby at the Port Credit Harbour Marina. It was the biggest derby ever with 13 boats participating:

- Maxim Group
- Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd.
- SST Group on Construction
- The Restorers Group
- Tremco
- Vector Corrosion
After the group met at The Brogue Irish Pub for a great lunch and the trophy and prize presentation.
The trophy for the biggest salmon went to Chris Matz of Moon-Matz, on Mapei's boat, at 26.5 lbs. Congratulations!
